Mrs. Alexander's School
Welcome
Mrs. Alexander's School was first established in 1966 to provide the finest in early childhood education. Emphasis is placed on the social, emotional, physical and academic development of each child.
Our goal is to create and sustain a nurturing environment with educational activities designed for the individual needs of the preschool and kindergarten child.
Our Programs
Preschool
At Mrs. Alexander’s School, each educator is highly qualified and certified in the field of Early Childhood Education. With school wide themes, each
educator engages children in activities that teach across the board. Covering letter recognition, math, music, movement, science, art, social awareness, and early readiness.
Kindergarten
At Mrs. Alexander’s School Kindergarten is a unique, small group/ratio experience that helps develop confidence and skills throughout the course of
the year. Along with Superkids reading program and Go Math math program,
the children engage in hands on STEM, art, music, social awareness and
movement activities to enrich their learning and social experience.
Summer Program
Mrs. Alexander’s Summer Program run two weeks in July. Weekly themes will incorporate arts, water play, music, story time, large motor activities,
nature studies, group games, and cooking. Our summer program is a great
way to maintain or start a routine during the summer while being a part of the school environment and community.
